The marketing manager at the Kahler Hotel asked that Zbert Design create a guide specifically directed at visitors to Mayo Clinic that would highlight downtown activity options for those staying at the Kahler Hotel.
Our team took on the roles of both Creative Director and Lead Designer for this project, researching, managing and designing the work, which also required managing contractors for photo-shoots. Photos were also obtained from the Kahler Hotel.

Mayo Clinic Philanthropic Partners Display
The Philanthropic Partners digital wall display plays a continuous series of images that share the stories and values of benefactors who ensure the future of health care at Mayo Clinic through their gifts.
In 2013, the first Philanthropic Partners touchscreen display was developed. The original version was a 24” screen and contained 8 benefactor recognition stories. In 2017 this display was upgraded to the 50” display that it is today and contains over 26 benefactor recognition stories.
Our team took the role of Art Director and Lead Designer for the creation process of both touchscreen interface versions. This project also required vendor management support in order to have a system developed to run the touchscreen interface.
The Macon Centreplex website needed an updated interface and a complete re-design of its pages and content. They came to Zbert Design with an established brand with colors and logo that were thoughtfully designed into their new website.
Our team took the role of Creative Director and Website Designer in order to both understand the business brand, and to properly implement it into the new website. User experience tests were also taken to ensure the new design was indeed the best solution.

Pasquale's Neighborhood Pizzeria
In 2016, Pasquale Presa came to Zbert Design in need of a brand design for his new authentic Italian pizzeria. After a team was created that consisted of a local architect, a marketing manager and our design services, we carefully began planning and creating his new brand. Now 3 years later, Pasquale’s Neighborhood Pizzeria is not only the #1 pizza restaurant in Rochester, but it has recently been awarded by TripAdvisor as the #1 overall best restaurant in Rochester.
Our team took the role of Creative Director, Brand Manager, and Website Designer in order to both understand the business brand, manage other designers, and to have it implemented properly into the new website, menus, and throughout the restaurant.
The Corporate and Foundation Recognition touchscreen on the 5th floor of the Mayo Building is visited by thousands of generous benefactors and executives from companies throughout the world who participate in Mayo’s Executive Health Program. This was created in 2017 and was the second benefactor touchscreen display to be developed.

In 2018, North Iowa Periodontics came to Zbert Design wanting to update their website. Beyond just creating a fresh look for their website, the company needed a system that would allow staff to post monthly news articles. After careful research and planning, a new website was created, and a simple system was implemented for their staff to use.
Our team took the role of Creative Director and Website Designer in order to properly plan and build the new website and content management system for their staff. We also trained staff on their new system and lead in the design of the new website.

Alix Recognition Digital Display
The Alix Digital Display recognizes the support the Alix family has given to Mayo Clinic medical education and the current success of the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine as one of the top 10 medical schools in the nation.
This was one of the first digital displays to adopt the newly created brand of Mayo Clinic. Our team took the role of Art Director and Lead Designer for the creation process of this digital display.
The Tree of Life display, located at Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester, MN, recognizes benefactors of the Poverello Fund in its earlier years. The new digital display shares the rich history and mission of the Poverello Fund as well as benefactor names and recipient testimonials, thanking individuals for their generosity.
This display was created using the new Mayo Clinic brand standards which helps to create a more unified look and feel on all Mayo Clinic designed media. Our team took the role of Art Director and Lead Designer for the creation process of this digital display.
